Mr. Brown Amuenje is the founder of Catalyst Investment Managers and has over 18 years of investment management experience in various roles. Prior to starting the business, Brown was the Managing Director and Portfolio Manager for STANLIB Namibia. Brown was also an investment analyst at Allan Gray Namibia and has stockbroking experience with Golding Torr De Decker in Johannesburg. Mr. Amuenje holds a BComm with a major in Investment Management.

Ms. Yolandi Tjejamba has over 7 years of auditing experience and 3 years of investment experience. Prior to joining Catalyst, Yolandi was an Audit Manager at SGA Chartered Accountants and Auditors.
Ms. Tjejamba holds a BComm in Financial Accounting and a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting Science Sciences (PGDA) from UNISA and she is a registered Chartered Accountant (Namibia).

Ms. Rejoice Kotungondo has over 6 years of client service and administrative experience where she developed an extensive knowledge in administration proficiency and the delivery of exemplary customer service standards. She is an enthusiastic team player who is always willing and available to service clients.

Nafimane Shatona is a Junior Investment Analyst here at Catalyst Investment Managers. Nafimane holds a BBus.Sci. degree specializing in Finance with Accounting from the University of Cape Town. He started his investment career through the Catalyst Graduate Trainee Programme in 2024, where he quickly demonstrated strong analytical skills and aptitude for investment research. Following a successful year in the programme, he was promoted to his current role. He is a passionate, driven, and disciplined professional, committed to building a long-term career in the investment industry.

Ms. Aurelia Samuyenga holds and First-Class Honours Degree in Business Management from Kingston University in London. Prior to joining Catalyst, Aurelia was a Presenter at Namibia Media Holdings (NMH). Aurelia was also a Radio Presenter for Fresh FM, Namibia.

Vincent Shivolo is a Junior Investment Specialist here at Catalyst Investment Managers and brings a strong foundation in economics dynamics and data-driven decision making, combined with a deep commitment to excellence, discipline, and continuous learning. He holds a BCom degree in Economics from the Namibia University of Science and Technology (NUST) and has earned the Capital Markets & Securities Analyst (CMSA®) designation. Prior to joining Catalyst, Vincent was a Business Development Assistant at STANLIB Namibia.
