Dr Tjama Tjivikua is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in
higher education leadership, institutional development and board governance.
Dr. Tjama Tjivikua is a holder of a Phd in Chemistry. He holds a PhD in Chemistry and is widely recognised for his contribution to the development of higher education in Namibia, including his leadership role in strengthening and advancing the Namibia University of Science and Technology (NUST). Dr Tjivikua has built NUST into one of the formidable world-class institutions that produces qualified and high calibre of Namibian professionals in various fields. He is passionate about national capacity building, with a strong track record of contributing to the development of people, institutions and the broader Namibian economy.

Mr. James Cumming is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) with over 25 years of experience in the financial and
investment industries, having worked for major local and global financial institutions. He currently serves on various boards, including Namibia Post Limited and the Namibia Infrastructure Fund. His extensive financial and investment background enables him to provide Catalyst with a comprehensive range of financial, investment management, and corporate governance oversight.

Mr. Jerome Davis is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) and has over 45 years of business experience. Mr. Davis was Managing Director and Financial Director for publicly quoted companies. He has extensive knowledge of the business and finance environment in Namibia, South Africa and SADC.

Brown Amuenje is the founder of Catalyst Investment Managers and has over 25 years of investment management experience in various roles. Prior to starting the business, Brown was the Managing Director and Portfolio Manager for STANLIB Namibia. Brown was also an investment analyst at Allan Gray Namibia and has stockbroking experience with Golding Torr De Decker in Johannesburg. Mr. Amuenje holds a BComm with a major in Investment Management.

Yolandi Tjejamba is the Chief Operating Officer at Catalyst Investment Managers, bringing a combined 15 years of experience across auditing and investment management.Prior to joining Catalyst, Yolandi served as an Audit Manager at SGA Chartered Accountants and Auditors, where she gained extensive experience in audit, assurance and financial reporting. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Financial Accounting and a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting Sciences from the University of South Africa (UNISA). Yolandi is also a registered Chartered Accountant (Namibia).
